Let's Connect!
D’Palawan Travel and Tours (“DPTT,” the “Agency,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) welcomes inquiries, questions, feedback, concerns, suggestions, and legitimate business communications. Whether you are still planning your trip, already have an existing booking, need clarification about one of aour Services, wish to provide feedback after your travel, or would like to discuss a business opportunity, you may contact us through the channels provided on this page.
Travel planning does not always begin with an immediate reservation. You may want to understand a destination, compare routes, ask about travel timing, check transportation options, clarify a tour or rental requirement, or better understand how a Service works before deciding whether to proceed. We encourage you to ask questions whenever a material part of a booking is unclear, particularly before making payment.
If you do not agree with an applicable DPTT term, policy, process, Provider requirement, or booking condition, please do not proceed with the booking or Service.

You may contact us through Call, SMS, WhatsApp, Viber, WeChat, and Telegram.

For quick, non-emergency clarifications, messaging applications are generally convenient. For formal complaints, documentation, privacy requests, disputes, or other matters where a complete written record is important, email is preferred.
General Questions and Travel Inquiries
You may contact DPTT for general questions about Palawan travel, destinations, routes, transportation, tours, island hopping, travel packages, Boat Transfers, Land Transfers, Airport Transfers, Boat Rentals, Car Rentals, Motorbike Rentals, accommodation-related arrangements, travel timing, Provider requirements, or other Services coordinated through the Agency.
When asking about availability or requesting a quotation, please provide enough information for us to understand your travel requirements. This may include your travel date, number of travelers, requested destination or Service, pickup and drop-off locations, baggage requirements, flight or ferry information where relevant, and any special requirement that may materially affect the arrangement.
If you are traveling with children, elderly travelers, persons with mobility limitations, unusually large baggage, medical equipment, or another special requirement, please inform us as early as reasonably possible so that the matter can be considered during coordination with the applicable Provider.
An Inquiry Is Not Yet a Confirmed Booking
Sending us a message, asking about availability, requesting a quotation, receiving preliminary pricing, discussing an itinerary, or receiving payment instructions does not by itself mean that a Service has been finally reserved.
A booking becomes confirmed only after the applicable booking requirements have been completed and the reservation has been acknowledged as confirmed. Depending on the Service, this may involve Provider availability, payment or deposit, payment verification, Passenger information, identification or manifest information, and other booking requirements.
Clients should therefore make sure that they have received an actual booking acknowledgment or confirmation before relying on a reservation as final.
Please Ask Before Making Payment
If any material part of a proposed booking is unclear, please contact us before paying. This is especially important if your decision depends on a particular inclusion, Vehicle or Vessel type, pickup point, schedule, baggage capacity, activity requirement, refund rule, rental requirement, accessibility need, safety concern, dietary requirement, insurance-related question, child-related requirement, or another specific condition.
If a particular feature or arrangement is essential to your travel plans, please request clarification instead of assuming that it is automatically included or available.
Advance Booking Reconfirmation
Clients with advance bookings must contact D’Palawan Travel and Tours on the day before the scheduled tour or Service to ensure that the booking has been properly acknowledged and to obtain the latest available operational information.
Depending on the Service, this may include confirming the pickup location, meeting point, departure time, Passenger count, Provider assignment, Vehicle or Vessel information, flight or ferry details, manifest requirements, rental handover arrangements, weather-related changes, sea conditions, road conditions, government restrictions, protected-area requirements, or other time-sensitive instructions.
Travel and Provider arrangements can change because of weather, road conditions, sea conditions, government requirements, operating restrictions, Provider availability, or other real-world circumstances. For this reason, Clients should rely on the most recently confirmed information rather than solely on an earlier screenshot, preliminary itinerary, old location pin, previous quotation, or general website description.
Existing Booking Questions
If you already have a booking and need assistance, please provide your name, travel date, Service involved, Booking Confirmation or other reference information where available, and a clear description of what you need help with. If your inquiry concerns a pickup or transportation arrangement, providing your current contact number and relevant location information may help us coordinate more efficiently.
For payment verification, please retain and provide the relevant transaction reference or proof of payment where requested. Avoid sending unnecessary financial-account information. DPTT does not need your banking passwords, PINs, one-time passwords, security-question answers, or similar private account credentials for ordinary travel coordination.
Feedback, Comments, and Post-Trip Concerns
We welcome legitimate feedback concerning Services coordinated through DPTT. If you would like to share a comment, suggestion, compliment, concern, or post-trip experience, please provide enough information for us to understand the booking and circumstances involved.
For complaints or concerns requiring review, it is helpful to identify the Service date, booking name, Service and Provider involved, location, approximate time of the issue, what occurred, what action was taken at the time, and what resolution you are requesting. Relevant messages, photographs, videos, receipts, authority reports, medical records, or other supporting information may also be provided where appropriate.
When describing an incident or complaint, please distinguish between what you personally observed, what another person told you, what you believe may have happened, and what remains uncertain. Clear factual information helps DPTT and the relevant Provider review the matter more efficiently.
Provider-Related Concerns
Many Services coordinated through DPTT are performed by independent third-party Providers. Where a concern principally involves a Provider’s operational performance, such as Driver conduct, Captain or Crew actions, Vehicle or Vessel operations, maintenance, accommodation operations, equipment, Provider cancellation, rental condition, or another Provider-controlled matter, the relevant Provider may need to investigate and respond.
DPTT may assist, where reasonably appropriate, by relaying the Client’s concern, forwarding relevant documentation, providing Agency-held booking records, requesting clarification from the Provider, communicating the Provider’s response, or helping identify available Provider procedures.
Providing such assistance does not constitute an admission of liability by DPTT and does not guarantee a refund, compensation, Provider admission, insurance payment, replacement Service, or any particular outcome.
Formal Correspondence and Dispute Notices
For formal complaints, legal correspondence, detailed disputes, privacy requests, or matters requiring a reliable written record, please use:
dpalawantravelandtours@gmail.com
A formal complaint or dispute notice should reasonably identify the Client, the booking involved, the nature of the issue, the relevant facts, supporting documents where available, and the resolution being requested.
Clients should retain copies of important correspondence, Booking Confirmations, payment records, cancellation requests, refund requests, incident reports, Provider communications, and other material records relating to the booking.
Direct Resolution of Disputes
Any complaint, claim, disagreement, or dispute involving D’Palawan Travel and Tours must first be raised directly with the Agency in writing. The Client and DPTT shall attempt in good faith to resolve the matter directly for at least thirty (30) days from written notice of the dispute.
This period allows booking records, payment records, Provider information, communications, documents, and available remedies to be properly reviewed before court proceedings are considered.
If the dispute remains unresolved after the required 30-day direct-resolution period, then, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any court action arising from or relating to the dispute may only be filed before the proper courts of Puerto Princesa City, Palawan, Philippines, subject to any jurisdiction or venue requirement that applicable law makes mandatory and non-waivable.
Emergency Situations
DPTT’s website, email, social-media pages, contact forms, and ordinary messaging channels are not emergency dispatch systems.
If there is an immediate threat to life, health, safety, or security, contact the appropriate local emergency responders, competent authorities, medical facility, and onsite Provider personnel first. Depending on the situation, this may include the Driver, Captain, Crew, guide, rental Provider, accommodation staff, security personnel, police, maritime authorities, or medical responders.
Do not delay urgent medical, rescue, safety, or security assistance while waiting for a response from DPTT.
Once the immediate situation is reasonably stable, DPTT may be contacted for booking-related coordination, Provider communication, record assistance, or other reasonable follow-up support.
Please review our Traveler Emergency & Incident Response Guide for more detailed guidance.
Privacy When You Contact Us
When you contact DPTT, we may receive personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, booking information, travel details, payment reference information, message content, attachments, voluntarily supplied location information, complaint details, or incident information.
DPTT may process information reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, provide requested assistance, coordinate a booking, communicate with a Provider, verify payment, investigate a complaint, respond to a privacy request, maintain appropriate business records, address a refund or chargeback, document an incident, comply with legal obligations, or perform another legitimate function described in our Privacy & Personal Data Policy.
Submitting a message or contact form acknowledges that DPTT may process the information reasonably necessary to receive, review, document, and respond to that communication. Contacting DPTT does not constitute unlimited consent for unrelated use of personal information. Where applicable law requires separate consent for a particular activity, DPTT may request it separately.
Please Do Not Send Unnecessary Sensitive Information
Only provide information reasonably necessary for the matter you are contacting us about. Do not send banking passwords, ATM PINs, credit-card PINs, email passwords, social-media passwords, one-time passwords or OTPs, security-question answers, or similar confidential account credentials.
If your communication involves medical information, identification documents, incident records, or other sensitive personal information, please avoid sending unnecessary copies through multiple channels. If DPTT needs particular information for a legitimate booking, legal, safety, or documentation purpose, only information reasonably necessary for that purpose should be provided.
Communications Concerning Other Travelers
If you are communicating with DPTT on behalf of your family, company, travel group, or another traveler, please provide only the information reasonably necessary for the booking or inquiry. Where practical, the persons concerned should be informed that their information may be used for travel coordination, Provider communication, manifest requirements, permits, safety, incident response, or other legitimate travel-related purposes.
Business, Advertising, Media, and Partnership Inquiries
DPTT also welcomes legitimate inquiries concerning tourism partnerships, advertising, promotions, affiliate arrangements, local Provider relationships, accommodation relationships, transportation partnerships, media opportunities, branding, content collaborations, and other relevant commercial proposals.
Please provide a clear description of the proposal, the organization or individual involved, the intended arrangement, and appropriate contact information.
Sending a business, advertising, Provider, or partnership proposal does not by itself create a contract, partnership, joint venture, appointment, agency relationship, employment relationship, exclusivity arrangement, advertising commitment, or other binding commercial relationship. Any such arrangement remains subject to further discussion and appropriate confirmation.
Response Time
DPTT aims to respond to legitimate inquiries as promptly as reasonably possible. Response time may vary depending on message volume, weekends, holidays, peak travel periods, network connectivity in Palawan, field operations, the complexity of the inquiry, or the need to obtain information from an independent Provider.
Sending the same concern repeatedly through several different channels may not result in a faster response and may instead create duplicate records or divide important information across multiple conversations. For significant complaints or disputes, one complete email containing the relevant facts and documents is generally preferable.
Electronic Communications and Records
Emails, messages, screenshots, Booking Confirmations, payment records, location pins, photographs, videos, Provider communications, and other electronic records may, to the extent permitted by applicable law, be used to document what was requested, disclosed, quoted, confirmed, paid, changed, cancelled, reported, or disputed.
Clients are encouraged to retain important communications and booking records until the Service and any related refund, claim, or dispute have been fully concluded.
Booking Acceptance and Applicable Policies
Booking, reserving, paying for, confirming, receiving, participating in, using, or otherwise availing a Service coordinated through D’Palawan Travel and Tours constitutes acceptance of all applicable DPTT terms, policies, procedures, company processes, Service-Specific Terms, Provider requirements, safety instructions, and regulations.
If any material provision is unclear, contact us before payment. If you disagree with an applicable provision, do not proceed with the Service.
Short-Notice Bookings and Refunds
A booking first made within three (3) calendar days of the scheduled Service date is non-refundable from the time the booking is confirmed, subject to rights that applicable law does not permit the parties to exclude.
Other cancellation and refund matters are governed by the Booking Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy, the Booking Confirmation, Provider rules, applicable Service-Specific Terms, amounts already committed or incurred, and applicable law.
Submitting a cancellation request, complaint, or refund request does not by itself establish entitlement to a refund or compensation. Each request is reviewed under the applicable booking and policy framework.
No Prorated Refund for Certain Land and Sea Tour Changes
No prorated or proportional refund is due merely because a land-tour or sea-tour destination, attraction, route, stop, or activity is skipped, shortened, reordered, replaced, or made unavailable because of safety, weather, sea conditions, road conditions, traffic, flooding, landslides, government or authority directives, environmental or protected-area restrictions, site closures, mechanical circumstances, emergency conditions, or the Provider/operator’s reasonable operational or safety discretion.
DPTT’s Interpretation of Its Policies
DPTT’s legal, booking, operational, safety, and Service-Specific pages form an integrated policy framework. If an Agency provision appears unclear, incomplete, ambiguous, or potentially inconsistent, Clients should request clarification before payment or participation where the issue is material.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, D’Palawan Travel and Tours reserves the exclusive right to interpret, clarify, administer, and apply its own policies, procedures, company processes, booking conditions, rules, and terms, including determining which DPTT provision applies to a particular booking or circumstance.
This right does not authorize DPTT to override mandatory provisions of Philippine law.
DPTT Liability Framework
This Contact Us page does not create a separate monetary liability cap. Where a claim directly concerns alleged primary liability of D’Palawan Travel and Tours itself, the controlling liability provisions are contained in the Tours, Travel Packages, and Service Waiver and Liability Disclaimer.
If a competent court determines D’Palawan Travel and Tours itself to be primarily liable, DPTT’s maximum aggregate monetary liability is limited, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, to two (2) times the Cash Received by DPTT from the Client for the specific booking or transaction giving rise to the claim.
The definition and calculation of Cash Received, treatment of related claims, exclusions, and other conditions governing that limitation are contained in the controlling Waiver and Liability Disclaimer.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DPTT shall also not be liable for consequential, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or punitive losses, including where legally excludable missed income, lost wages, lost earnings, lost profits, lost business, lost opportunities, opportunity costs, business interruption, missed work, missed flights or ferries, missed reservations or appointments, additional personal travel expenses, and similar consequential economic losses.
Consumer Protection and Non-Waivable Rights
Nothing on this page is intended to unlawfully waive, exclude, limit, or restrict a right, legal responsibility, remedy, regulatory process, jurisdiction rule, or other protection that applicable Philippine law does not permit the parties to waive or limit.
If any provision exceeds what applicable law permits, it shall apply only to the maximum lawful extent while the remaining provisions continue in effect.
