Privacy & Personal Data Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how D’Palawan Travel and Tours (“DPTT,” the “Agency,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) may collect, receive, use, process, store, retain, disclose, transmit, and protect personal information obtained through our website, inquiries, bookings, payments, communications, travel coordination activities, and related Services.

D’Palawan Travel and Tours respects the privacy of Clients, travelers, website visitors, and persons whose information is provided to us for legitimate travel-related purposes.

Because travel arrangements frequently involve several parties, certain personal information may need to be shared with independent third-party service Providers and, where applicable, government authorities or tourism-related offices.

Examples include passenger information needed for:

boat or sea-travel manifests; tour reservations; transport arrangements; hotel or accommodation reservations; vehicle or motorbike rentals; permits; protected-area requirements; port or terminal procedures; identification verification; payment verification; and other lawful travel coordination purposes.

Our objective is to handle personal information in a responsible and proportionate manner and to collect and share only information reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy.

1. Acceptance of This Privacy Policy

By using this Site, submitting an inquiry, requesting a quotation, providing personal information, making a reservation, submitting payment, paying a deposit, confirming a booking, signing or accepting a waiver, or otherwise availing a Service through D’Palawan Travel and Tours, you acknowledge that you have been provided with this Privacy Policy and understand that your information may be processed as described herein.

Booking, reserving, paying for, confirming, participating in, receiving, using, or otherwise availing any Service through D’Palawan Travel and Tours also constitutes acceptance of the Agency’s applicable terms, policies, procedures, company processes, service-specific conditions, Provider requirements, safety instructions, and regulations.

If anything in this Privacy Policy or another applicable policy is unclear, contact D’Palawan Travel and Tours before providing information, making payment, or proceeding with a booking.

If you disagree with the applicable terms governing a Service, do not proceed with that Service.

Where personal-data processing is required for booking performance, legal or regulatory compliance, legitimate recordkeeping, security, or another applicable purpose described in this Policy, the processing does not necessarily depend exclusively upon consent.

2. Who We Are

D’Palawan Travel and Tours is a Palawan-based travel coordination and booking agency.

Our official website is:

https://bookwithoutcreditcard.com/

DPTT assists Clients in arranging travel-related Services such as:

tours and activities; travel packages; boat transfers; land transfers; airport transfers; boat rentals; car rentals; motorbike rentals; accommodations; permits; entrance fees; and other related tourism arrangements.

Additional information about the Agency is available at About D’Palawan Travel and Tours: Travel Agency Services in Palawan.

3. Why D’Palawan Travel and Tours Collects Personal Information

DPTT may need personal information to coordinate and document the Services requested by Clients.

Depending on the booking, information may be used to:

identify and communicate with the Client; prepare quotations; check availability; create or confirm reservations; reserve seats, rooms, vehicles, vessels, rentals, or activities; communicate Client details to the Provider responsible for the Service; prepare passenger manifests; coordinate permits or protected-area requirements; verify identification where required; coordinate airport or accommodation pickups; verify payments; issue booking confirmations or receipts where applicable; communicate delays, changes, cancellations, or safety notices; coordinate special requests; respond to questions and customer-service concerns; document incidents and disputes; prevent fraud and unauthorized transactions; maintain appropriate accounting and business records; protect Clients, Providers, and the Agency; comply with lawful requirements; and perform other functions reasonably necessary to coordinate the requested Service.

4. Minimum Necessary and Purpose-Oriented Collection

DPTT aims to collect personal information that is reasonably relevant to the transaction or legitimate purpose for which it is requested.

The type and amount of information required may differ depending on the Service.

For example, a simple travel inquiry may require only a name and contact information, while a sea-transfer booking may require additional passenger information for manifest purposes.

A self-drive rental may require identification or eligibility documentation that would not ordinarily be required for a general travel inquiry.

If information is required to complete a booking, satisfy a Provider requirement, or comply with an official requirement and the Client chooses not to provide it, DPTT may be unable to complete or continue the affected Service.

5. Information You May Provide Directly

We may collect information that you voluntarily provide when you:

send an inquiry; request a quotation; complete a website form; make a reservation; book a Service; submit a payment or deposit; provide proof of payment; sign or accept a waiver; communicate by phone, email, SMS, or messaging application; submit identification or travel documents; provide passenger information; request special assistance; submit a complaint or refund request; provide photographs, screenshots, videos, or documents; leave comments where website commenting is enabled; or otherwise communicate with the Agency.

6. Identity and Contact Information

Depending on the circumstances, DPTT may receive information such as:

full name; telephone or mobile number; email address; preferred communication method; messaging-app account information; nationality or citizenship where required; address where reasonably necessary for documentation, billing, or another legitimate purpose; and other information necessary to identify or communicate with the Client.

7. Booking and Travel Information

Booking information may include:

travel dates; number of travelers; tour or Service selected; pickup and drop-off locations; hotel, resort, or accommodation information; flight details voluntarily supplied for transfer coordination; arrival and departure details; routes and destinations; vehicle or vessel requirements; rental dates; special requests; booking reference numbers; Provider assignment; changes or cancellations; and other information reasonably necessary to coordinate the booking.

8. Passenger Manifest and Compliance Information

Some Services require passenger or participant information for manifests, permits, tourism procedures, safety requirements, or government compliance.

Depending on the applicable requirement, this may include:

full name; age; date of birth; nationality; gender, where specifically required; identification information; group information; or other details required by the relevant Provider or authority.

DPTT may transmit such information to the responsible Provider or authorized government or tourism entity when reasonably required for the booking.

9. Payment and Transaction Information

DPTT may maintain transaction information such as:

payer name; amount paid; payment date and time; payment method; transaction or reference number; proof-of-payment screenshots; invoice or receipt information; and refund or payment-dispute records.

Where payment is processed through an independent bank, card processor, e-wallet, payment gateway, or remittance service, that third party may process payment information under its own systems and policies.

DPTT does not represent that it directly receives or stores full payment-card credentials merely because a Client pays through a third-party payment processor.

10. Communications and Booking Records

Travel coordination frequently occurs through electronic communication.

DPTT may retain relevant communications made through:

email; SMS; WhatsApp; Viber; WeChat; Telegram; Messenger; website forms; telephone records where lawfully maintained; and other authorized communication channels.

These records may include messages, timestamps, confirmations, changes, instructions, approvals, cancellations, photographs, screenshots, and documents provided by the Client or Provider.

11. Why Communications May Be Retained

Communication records may be retained where reasonably necessary to:

confirm what was requested; document the quoted or confirmed price; confirm dates and times; record inclusions and exclusions; document pickup instructions; record itinerary changes; document Provider instructions; confirm acceptance of terms; handle customer-service concerns; process refund requests; investigate disputes; address chargebacks; document incidents; prevent fraud; or satisfy legitimate legal, regulatory, accounting, or business-record requirements.

12. Identification Documents

DPTT or an applicable Provider may request a government-issued identification document where reasonably required for the Service.

This may occur for purposes such as:

self-drive car rental verification; self-drive motorbike rental verification; driver eligibility verification; passenger manifest preparation; boarding or security procedures; permit applications; identity verification; discount qualification where applicable; payment or fraud verification; or another legitimate booking or compliance requirement.

ID information should only be submitted when reasonably necessary for the transaction.

13. Electronic Transmission of Identification Documents

Email and messaging applications are practical tools commonly used for travel coordination, but electronic transmission necessarily involves some security risk.

Clients should:

send documents only through an Official Channel; confirm that they are communicating with DPTT or the intended Provider; send only the information reasonably required; avoid sending unnecessary personal information; and contact DPTT if they are uncertain why a particular document is being requested.

No electronic transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

14. Information About Other Travelers

A person making a group or family booking may provide information concerning other travelers where necessary for the booking.

The booking Client should provide only information reasonably necessary for the relevant travel arrangement and should ensure that the information supplied is accurate to the best of their knowledge.

Where practical, the person making the booking should inform group members that their necessary booking information may be provided to DPTT, relevant Providers, or authorized authorities for travel coordination.

15. Special Requests and Additional Information

Clients may sometimes voluntarily disclose information connected with special travel requirements, such as:

dietary requests; mobility assistance; accessibility requirements; special seating or transportation needs; or other circumstances relevant to travel coordination.

If a Client asks DPTT to coordinate such a request, DPTT may disclose the minimum information reasonably necessary to the Provider that needs the information in order to consider or attempt to accommodate the request.

DPTT does not guarantee that a Provider will be able to satisfy every special request.

16. How Personal Information May Be Used

DPTT may process personal information for purposes such as:

Booking performance: arranging and administering requested Services; Travel coordination: communicating with Providers, Clients, accommodations, drivers, captains, guides, and other relevant parties; Customer communication: sending confirmations, reminders, instructions, changes, and other Service-related communications; Manifest and permit requirements: providing required passenger information to responsible parties; Payment administration: verifying payments, refunds, and financial records; Accounting and records: maintaining legitimate transaction and business documentation; Safety and incident documentation: recording matters necessary to respond to an incident or dispute; Fraud and security: verifying transactions, preventing misuse, and protecting the Agency and Clients; Website operation: maintaining functionality, security, analytics, and technical performance where applicable; Compliance: responding to lawful requirements or official requests; and Customer support: investigating and responding to questions, complaints, or requests.

17. Bases for Processing

Depending on the circumstances, personal information may be processed because it is reasonably necessary for one or more of the following purposes described in this Policy:

responding to a Client’s request; taking steps to arrange or perform a booking; coordinating the requested Service; meeting a legal, regulatory, safety, or official requirement; maintaining legitimate business, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute records; and acting on the Client’s consent where consent is the appropriate basis for optional processing.

Accordingly, withdrawing consent to an optional use does not necessarily require DPTT to erase information that must legitimately be retained or processed for another applicable purpose.

18. Sharing With Independent Service Providers

DPTT may share personal information with independent third-party Providers on a need-to-know and purpose-oriented basis where reasonably necessary to arrange or perform the requested Service.

These Providers may include:

tour operators; boat operators; boat owners; captains and crew; land transport Providers; drivers and vehicle owners; car rental Providers; motorbike rental Providers; guides; hotels and other accommodations; activity Providers; venues; payment service Providers; travel coordinators; and other suppliers involved in the booking.

19. Examples of Provider Data Sharing

Depending on the Service:

Boat transfer or island hopping: names, ages, nationality, or other required passenger details may be provided for manifests, permits, or safety procedures; Accommodation: names, dates, group size, and contact information may be supplied to reserve rooms or coordinate check-in; Airport or land transfer: Client name, contact information, flight details, accommodation, pickup point, and destination may be provided to the responsible transportation Provider; Self-drive rentals: identification or eligibility documentation may be provided where required for rental verification; Guided tours: names, headcount, itinerary information, or other details may be provided to the assigned Provider.

20. Independent Provider Privacy Practices

Independent Providers operate their own businesses and may maintain their own records, systems, policies, and legal obligations.

After information has been lawfully disclosed to a Provider for legitimate service-delivery purposes, that Provider may independently process the information according to its own applicable responsibilities.

DPTT does not exercise continuous control over an independent Provider’s separate computer systems, devices, records, personnel, or data-security practices.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DPTT is therefore not responsible for an independent Provider’s separate misuse, unauthorized disclosure, security failure, or other data-handling act that occurs outside DPTT’s reasonable control.

DPTT may, where appropriate and reasonably possible, assist a Client in communicating with a Provider concerning a privacy-related issue arising from that Provider’s operations.

21. Disclosure to Government Authorities and Tourism Offices

Personal information may be submitted to competent government bodies or authorized tourism-related offices where required by applicable rules, lawful procedures, or safety requirements.

These may include, depending on the Service:

local government units; tourism offices; port authorities; protected-area management offices; transport or maritime authorities; law-enforcement authorities; other competent government offices; or entities lawfully authorized to receive the information.

Once information is lawfully submitted to a government authority, that authority controls its own subsequent retention and processing in accordance with the rules applicable to it.

22. Legal, Safety, Fraud, and Dispute Disclosures

DPTT may also disclose information where reasonably necessary and legally permitted for purposes such as:

responding to lawful government requests; complying with legal obligations; documenting or investigating an accident or incident; protecting the safety of Clients or other persons; preventing or investigating fraud; responding to payment disputes or chargebacks; establishing, exercising, or defending legitimate claims; protecting Agency systems or property; or responding to lawful court, administrative, or regulatory processes.

23. Payment Providers, Banks, and Financial Platforms

Where Clients use banks, e-wallets, card processors, payment gateways, remittance services, or other financial platforms, information may also be processed directly by those organizations.

Those third parties may maintain their own:

identity-verification requirements; transaction records; fraud-prevention systems; cookies or device information; security procedures; retention periods; and privacy policies.

DPTT does not control the independent data practices of a payment service selected or used by the Client.

24. Technical and Website Information

When you use the Site, certain technical information may be processed automatically by the website, hosting environment, security tools, analytics systems, advertising services, or other technologies used on the Site.

Depending on the Site configuration, this may include:

IP address; browser type; device information; operating-system information; pages viewed; referring pages; cookies; technical logs; security information; and website usage information.

Such information may be used for Site functionality, troubleshooting, security, spam prevention, analytics, advertising, and performance improvement where applicable.

25. Cookies

The Site may use cookies or similar technologies.

Depending on the Site features enabled, cookies may be used for:

basic website functionality; saving preferences; login functionality; security; comment features; analytics; advertising; embedded third-party content; or other website functions.

Where optional or non-essential cookie controls are made available, users may manage preferences through the applicable Site or browser controls.

26. WordPress Comment Cookies

If commenting is enabled and you leave a comment on the Site, you may have the option to save your name, email address, and website in cookies for convenience.

Under the WordPress functionality described in the existing Site setup, these convenience cookies may remain for approximately one (1) year.

27. WordPress Login and Preference Cookies

If user or administrator login functionality is available:

a temporary cookie may be used to determine whether the browser accepts cookies; login cookies may retain authentication information; screen-preference cookies may save display settings; “Remember Me” functionality may extend the login period; and logging out ordinarily removes applicable login cookies.

These functions relate primarily to users who have authorized login access to the Site.

28. Website Comments

If visitor commenting is enabled, information supplied through the comment form may be collected together with technical information such as the visitor’s IP address and browser user-agent information for purposes such as spam detection and website security.

Approved comments may become publicly visible.

Clients and visitors should therefore avoid posting private booking information, identification numbers, payment details, or other confidential information in public comment fields.

29. Gravatar or Similar Comment Services

If the Site uses Gravatar in connection with WordPress comments, an anonymized representation derived from an email address may be submitted to the Gravatar service to determine whether the commenter uses that service.

If a comment is approved, the commenter’s associated profile image may become publicly visible with the comment, depending on the applicable website settings and third-party service.

30. Media Uploads and Location Metadata

If the Site allows users to upload images, users should avoid uploading images containing unnecessary embedded location information, including EXIF GPS data.

Where an uploaded image is made publicly accessible, other users may potentially be able to obtain location information embedded in the file.

31. Embedded Content From Other Websites

Site pages and articles may contain embedded third-party content such as:

videos; maps; images; social-media posts; articles; booking tools; advertisements; or other external content.

Embedded content may behave as though the visitor accessed the third-party website directly.

The external service may independently:

collect technical information; use cookies; conduct analytics; track interaction with the embedded material; or associate activity with an account the visitor maintains with that service.

Such processing is governed by the third party’s own systems and policies.

32. Advertising and Analytics

The Site may use advertising or analytics services.

Third-party advertising or analytics Providers may process information concerning Site visits, devices, browser activity, or interactions according to their own technologies and privacy policies.

Additional commercial disclosure concerning advertisements and affiliate relationships is available in the Business, Affiliate & Third-Party Service Disclosure.

33. Marketing and Optional Communications

Where DPTT sends optional promotional or marketing communications, such communications may be handled separately from communications necessary to administer an existing booking.

A Client’s request to stop optional marketing communications does not prevent DPTT from sending communications reasonably necessary to:

administer an existing booking; send pickup instructions; communicate schedule changes; provide safety information; process payment or refund matters; respond to the Client; or meet another legitimate Service-related purpose.

34. Data Retention

DPTT retains personal information for periods reasonably connected with the purpose for which the information was collected and with legitimate administrative, legal, regulatory, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute-resolution requirements.

Retention periods may therefore differ according to the type of record.

35. Booking and Transaction Records

Booking, payment, communication, cancellation, refund, waiver, and coordination records may be retained after completion of travel where reasonably necessary for:

accounting; business administration; customer support; Provider reconciliation; fraud prevention; chargebacks; incident investigation; dispute resolution; regulatory requirements; legal claims; or other legitimate recordkeeping needs.

DPTT does not undertake to delete a booking record immediately after the Client’s travel ends where continued retention is reasonably necessary for one of these purposes.

36. Comments and User Accounts

If comments are enabled, comments and associated metadata may be retained to manage follow-up comments, moderation, spam prevention, and Site records.

If user accounts are available, profile information may be retained while the account exists and as otherwise reasonably necessary for legitimate administrative or security purposes.

37. Data Security

DPTT takes reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, loss, or inappropriate disclosure of personal information.

Measures may include, as appropriate:

limiting access to persons who reasonably require the information; using authenticated accounts; maintaining reasonable account-security practices; limiting unnecessary disclosure; using reputable service platforms where practical; maintaining business records in controlled systems; and following internal procedures for handling Client information.

38. No Absolute Security Guarantee

No internet service, website, email system, mobile device, cloud platform, messaging application, storage medium, or method of electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

DPTT therefore cannot guarantee absolute protection against every possible cyberattack, device compromise, unauthorized third-party access, telecommunications interception, platform failure, or similar event outside its reasonable control.

Clients should also take reasonable precautions to secure their own:

phones; email accounts; messaging accounts; passwords; payment accounts; devices; and personal documents.

39. Incorrect Recipient or Fraudulent Account Risk

Clients should verify that personal documents, payment records, and identification materials are being sent to an Official Channel.

DPTT is not responsible, to the fullest extent permitted by law, for information voluntarily sent by a Client to an impersonator, fraudulent page, incorrect telephone number, unrelated third party, or other recipient not authorized by DPTT where the Agency did not cause the misdirection.

40. Privacy Requests

A person whose personal information is held by DPTT may contact the Agency regarding that information.

Subject to identity verification and applicable limitations, a request may concern:

information about personal data held by DPTT; correction of inaccurate or incomplete information; an available copy or export of certain information; deletion where deletion is appropriate and legally permissible; clarification concerning how information has been used or shared; or another privacy-related concern.

41. Verification of Privacy Requests

Before acting on a request involving personal information, DPTT may take reasonable steps to confirm the identity or authority of the requesting person.

This is intended to prevent an unauthorized person from obtaining, changing, or deleting another Client’s information.

Verification requirements should be proportionate to the sensitivity of the information requested.

42. When Deletion May Be Limited

A request for deletion does not necessarily require deletion of every record immediately.

DPTT may need to retain information where reasonably necessary for:

an existing booking; payment reconciliation; accounting; legal or regulatory requirements; fraud prevention; security; chargeback defense; incident documentation; Provider settlement; dispute resolution; establishment or defense of a legitimate claim; or another lawful retention purpose.

Where only part of a record requires continued retention, DPTT may limit further use to the purposes for which retention remains reasonably necessary.

43. Accuracy of Client-Supplied Information

Clients are responsible for supplying reasonably accurate information necessary for their booking.

Incorrect information may cause:

manifest problems; booking errors; missed pickups; incorrect reservation names; permit issues; rental verification problems; payment-verification delays; or other travel complications.

If a Client discovers an important error, the Client should notify DPTT promptly so that correction can be attempted before the Service where reasonably possible.

44. Day-Before Booking Reconfirmation and Personal Information

Clients with advance bookings must contact D’Palawan Travel and Tours on the day before the scheduled tour to confirm that the booking has been properly acknowledged and to obtain the latest operational information.

Where applicable, the same reconfirmation practice should be followed for advance transfers, rentals, and other scheduled Services.

During reconfirmation, DPTT may verify booking information already supplied, such as:

Client name; contact number; headcount; pickup location; flight information; accommodation; manifest details; or other information necessary to confirm the Service.

This verification helps reduce errors caused by changed travel details or outdated information.

45. Refund and Cancellation Records

If a Client cancels, requests a refund, disputes a payment, or initiates a chargeback, DPTT may retain and process information reasonably necessary to evaluate and document the matter.

This may include:

booking records; payment records; cancellation timestamps; Provider communications; refund calculations; Client correspondence; bank or payment-processor communications; and other documentation relevant to the transaction.

Please review the Booking Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy for the substantive cancellation and refund rules.

46. Important Refund Rules

For clarity across DPTT’s policy framework:

Bookings first made within three (3) calendar days of the scheduled Service date are non-refundable.

For land and sea tours, no prorated or proportional refund is due merely because a destination, stop, attraction, route, or itinerary component is skipped, shortened, replaced, reordered, or made unavailable because of safety considerations, weather or sea conditions, government or authority directives, road conditions, environmental restrictions, or the Provider/operator’s reasonable operational or safety discretion.

Complete refund rules are governed by the Booking Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy.

47. Website and Messaging Channels Are Not Emergency Services

DPTT’s Site, email, social-media accounts, and messaging applications are not guaranteed to be monitored continuously.

In an immediate medical, safety, security, road, maritime, or other emergency, the Client should first contact the relevant emergency responder, onsite Provider, or competent authority.

After immediate safety concerns are addressed, DPTT may be contacted for reasonable coordination assistance.

Please review the Traveler Emergency & Incident Response Guide.

48. Confidential Information Sent Voluntarily

Clients should avoid sending personal or confidential information that is unrelated to the booking.

If a Client voluntarily sends additional sensitive or confidential material, DPTT may retain it as part of the communication record where reasonably necessary, but the Client should not assume that every communication channel provides the same level of security.

If you are uncertain whether particular information is necessary, contact DPTT before sending it.

49. Third-Party Data Breaches and Platform Failures

DPTT may rely on independent platforms such as email providers, messaging applications, hosting services, banks, payment platforms, and Providers.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DPTT cannot be held responsible for a separate third party’s independent security breach, system failure, unauthorized access, or data misuse where the event occurs outside DPTT’s reasonable control.

This does not remove any legal responsibility that applicable law places directly and non-waivably upon DPTT for its own handling of personal information.

50. Agency Interpretation and Clarification of This Policy

This Privacy Policy is intended to operate together with DPTT’s other terms, policies, procedures, booking conditions, and service-specific requirements.

If any provision appears unclear, ambiguous, incomplete, or potentially inconsistent, the Client should request clarification before proceeding where the issue is material to the booking.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, D’Palawan Travel and Tours reserves the exclusive right to interpret, clarify, administer, and apply its own privacy-related policies, procedures, company processes, and terms.

This right of interpretation does not authorize DPTT to override a privacy right, regulatory requirement, or other legal protection that applicable law makes mandatory.

51. Privacy Complaints and Direct Resolution

If you have a privacy concern involving D’Palawan Travel and Tours, you agree, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to first communicate the concern directly to the Agency through an Official Channel so that the matter can be documented, investigated, and where possible resolved promptly.

Please provide sufficient information to identify:

the person concerned; the booking or communication involved, if applicable; the information concerned; what you believe occurred; and the action or clarification you are requesting.

The Client and Agency shall first attempt in good faith to resolve a dispute directly for at least thirty (30) days from written notice of the dispute, where such direct-resolution requirement may lawfully apply.

52. Governing Law and Court Venue

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

If a dispute involving D’Palawan Travel and Tours remains unresolved after the applicable 30-day direct-resolution period, then, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any court action arising from or relating to the dispute may only be filed before the proper courts of Puerto Princesa City, Palawan, Philippines.

This venue provision applies to court proceedings and is subject to any jurisdiction, regulatory remedy, privacy complaint mechanism, or venue requirement that applicable law makes mandatory or non-waivable.

53. Non-Waivable Privacy Rights

Nothing in this Privacy Policy is intended to unlawfully waive, eliminate, restrict, or prevent the exercise of a privacy or data-protection right that applicable Philippine law does not permit the parties to waive.

If any provision conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement, that provision shall be interpreted or limited only to the extent necessary to comply with that requirement.

54. Severability

If a provision of this Privacy Policy is determined by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or separated only to the extent necessary.

The remaining provisions shall continue to operate to the fullest extent permitted by law.

55. Updates to This Privacy Policy

D’Palawan Travel and Tours may revise this Privacy Policy when reasonably necessary to reflect changes in:

website features; booking procedures; Services; technology; security practices; Provider relationships; payment systems; business operations; legal or regulatory requirements; or other relevant circumstances.

The current version will be published at:

Continued use of the Site after a revised Privacy Policy is published constitutes acknowledgment of the revised notice as applicable to subsequent use.
