This Refund Policy, also referred to as the Refunds & Cancellation Policy (the “Policy”), explains how cancellations, refunds, rescheduling requests, no-shows, late arrivals, itinerary changes, Provider cancellations, weather disruptions, safety decisions, and similar circumstances are handled by D’Palawan Travel and Tours (“DPTT,” the “Agency,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
This Policy applies to bookings and travel arrangements coordinated through DPTT, including, as applicable: day tours; island hopping; multi-day travel packages; land tours; airport transfers; land transfers; boat transfers; boat rentals; car rentals; motorbike rentals; services with drivers, captains, guides, or crew; accommodations included in packages; activities and excursions; permits and entrance-fee arrangements; and other travel-related Services coordinated through the Agency.
Please read this Policy carefully before making payment. Travel bookings commonly require advance commitments such as reserving limited capacity, blocking vehicles or vessels, assigning drivers or crew, reserving accommodations, preparing manifests and permits, purchasing supplies, positioning fuel, scheduling personnel, or making advance payments to independent service Providers.
Because many of these commitments become non-recoverable as the travel date approaches, refund eligibility depends on the timing of cancellation, group size, Provider rules, committed expenses, mobilization status, and the particular circumstances of the booking.
1. Acceptance of This Refund Policy
Booking, reserving, paying for, confirming, participating in, receiving, using, or otherwise availing any Service through D’Palawan Travel and Tours constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of this Refund Policy together with all applicable Agency terms, policies, procedures, company processes, Provider requirements, service-specific conditions, safety instructions, and regulations.
Acceptance may be evidenced through any lawful form of confirmation, including: making a reservation; submitting a booking request; paying a deposit; making partial or full payment; signing or electronically accepting a waiver; replying “Confirmed,” “Agree,” “Yes,” or similar language; accepting a Booking Confirmation; appearing at a meeting or pickup location; boarding a vehicle or vessel; accepting a rental unit; or participating in or otherwise using the Service.
If anything concerning cancellation, refund eligibility, Provider rules, payment terms, or booking conditions is unclear, contact D’Palawan Travel and Tours before making payment.
If you disagree with this Policy or another applicable provision, do not proceed with the booking or payment.
2. Important Principle: Travel Bookings Involve Advance Commitments
A confirmed travel reservation is different from an ordinary retail purchase because capacity and resources are often committed specifically for the Client.
Depending on the Service, confirmation may require one or more of the following: reserving limited seats or passenger capacity; blocking a vehicle or vessel; assigning a driver, captain, crew, or guide; booking accommodation; preparing passenger manifests; processing permits; purchasing fuel or supplies; arranging meals; paying entrance or environmental fees; making Provider deposits or prepayments; turning away alternative customers because capacity has been reserved; or mobilizing personnel and equipment.
Accordingly, cancellation does not automatically create a right to recover the full amount paid.
3. Independent Providers and Refund Decisions
D’Palawan Travel and Tours operates as a travel coordination and booking agency. Many Services coordinated through DPTT are performed by independent third-party Providers.
These Providers may include: tour operators; boat operators; transport Providers; vehicle owners and drivers; boat owners, captains, and crew; rental suppliers; guides; accommodation establishments; activity Providers; and other tourism-related suppliers.
Provider cancellation and refund rules may therefore affect the amount, timing, and availability of any refund.
Where DPTT has already transmitted, committed, or become obligated to transmit funds to a Provider, that amount may be subject to the Provider’s cancellation policy.
4. Stricter Provider Rules May Apply
A Provider may impose cancellation requirements that are stricter than the general timelines in this Policy.
For example, a Provider may require: earlier cancellation for large groups; a non-refundable reservation deposit; full prepayment; special holiday or peak-season cancellation rules; non-refundable accommodation reservations; non-refundable permit fees; special cancellation rules for private vessels or vehicles; or different rules for customized arrangements.
Where a stricter Provider requirement was applicable to the booked Service, that requirement may govern the Provider-related portion of the transaction to the fullest extent permitted by law.
5. Definitions
“Cancellation” means a clear written request to cancel a booking, transmitted through an Official Channel and received by DPTT before the scheduled Service.
“Booking Date” means the date on which the reservation is accepted or confirmed through payment or another required confirmation process.
“Scheduled Service Date” means the date the tour, transfer, rental, package, or other booked Service is scheduled to begin.
“No-show” means failure to appear or participate as required, including arriving beyond an allowable waiting period, becoming unreachable, missing required check-in, failing required manifest or identification procedures, or refusing to proceed after the Provider has reasonably mobilized.
“Rescheduling” means a request to move or materially modify a confirmed booking rather than cancel it.
“Provider” means the independent third party responsible for delivering all or part of the booked Service.
“Mobilization” means meaningful preparation or deployment for the Service, including dispatching personnel, positioning vehicles or vessels, purchasing fuel or supplies, preparing permits or manifests, or otherwise committing resources.
“Calendar days” means consecutive days, including weekends and holidays.
“Net Amount Received” means the amount actually received after applicable payment-processing, banking, remittance, foreign-exchange, or similar third-party deductions.
6. Mandatory Rule for Bookings Made Within Three Days
Any booking first made within three (3) calendar days of the scheduled Service date is non-refundable from the time the booking is confirmed.
This applies regardless of group size unless a mandatory provision of law requires otherwise.
For example: A tour booked on Monday for Thursday falls within the three-day period and is non-refundable; A transfer booked the day before travel is non-refundable; A same-day booking is non-refundable.
This rule exists because short-notice reservations frequently require immediate commitment of Provider capacity, personnel, vehicles, vessels, permits, accommodations, or other resources.
Clients making bookings within three calendar days of the Service must therefore confirm their plans carefully before paying.
7. Cancellation Procedure
A cancellation request should be sent through an Official Channel.
Official cancellation channels include: Email: dpalawantravelandtours@gmail.com; Official WhatsApp; Official Viber; Official WeChat; Official Telegram; Official SMS number; and the Agency’s official Facebook Messenger account where applicable.
A cancellation request should include: Client’s full name; booking reference, if available; Service booked; scheduled date; scheduled time, where applicable; group size; and a clear statement requesting cancellation.
Ambiguous statements such as “maybe we will cancel,” “we might not make it,” or “we may change our plans” do not constitute a definite cancellation.
8. Effective Time of Cancellation
Cancellation timing is determined by the timestamp at which the cancellation request is received through an Official Channel.
DPTT may acknowledge the request and provide information regarding the next steps, Provider coordination, documentation, and preliminary refund eligibility.
A request sent through an unofficial account, employee’s personal account, unrelated third party, or unverified communication channel may not constitute valid notice to the Agency.
9. Cancellation Rules for Solo and Small Groups — 1 to 15 Persons
Unless a stricter Provider rule applies: Bookings made within three (3) calendar days of the Service: non-refundable from confirmation; Cancellation within three (3) calendar days of the scheduled Service: non-refundable; Cancellation 4–7 calendar days before the Service: a partial refund may be considered, subject to Provider rules and costs already incurred or committed; Cancellation 8 or more calendar days before the Service: a full or substantial refund may be possible only to the extent that amounts remain recoverable and no applicable Provider penalties or non-refundable costs have been incurred.
10. Cancellation Rules for Medium Groups — 16 to 30 Persons
Medium groups commonly require greater advance capacity and logistical commitments.
Unless a stricter Provider rule applies: Cancellation within seven (7) calendar days of the scheduled Service: non-refundable; Cancellation 8–15 calendar days before the Service: a partial refund may be considered, subject to Provider approval and non-recoverable costs; Cancellation 16 or more calendar days before the Service: a full or substantial refund may be possible only where Provider commitments and other non-refundable costs have not already been incurred.
The separate rule concerning bookings first made within three calendar days of Service also applies.
11. Cancellation Rules for Large Groups — 31 Persons or More
Large group reservations may require substantial advance commitments involving transportation capacity, accommodations, staff, boats, vehicles, meals, permits, and other resources.
Unless a stricter Provider rule applies: Cancellation within fourteen (14) calendar days of the scheduled Service: non-refundable; Cancellation 15–30 calendar days before the Service: a partial refund may be considered, subject to Provider rules and costs already incurred or committed; Cancellation 31 or more calendar days before the Service: a full or substantial refund may be possible only where Provider commitments, penalties, and non-refundable expenses have not already been incurred.
The separate rule concerning bookings first made within three calendar days of Service also applies.
12. Refund Eligibility Does Not Guarantee Refund Approval
Being within a cancellation period where a refund “may” be available does not mean that a specific amount is automatically refundable.
The actual amount depends on factors including: Provider cancellation rules; non-refundable deposits; amounts already transmitted to Providers; amounts contractually committed to Providers; permits; accommodation commitments; staffing; fuel and supplies; mobilization; payment processing fees; bank or remittance fees; foreign-exchange losses; administrative costs where applicable; and other amounts that cannot reasonably be recovered.
13. No-Shows Are Non-Refundable
No-shows are non-refundable.
A Client may be considered a no-show if the Client: fails to appear; misses the departure; arrives beyond the Provider’s allowable waiting time; goes to the wrong pickup or meeting point despite receiving correct instructions; becomes unreachable; fails to provide required identification; fails required manifest or check-in procedures; fails to meet participation requirements; refuses to proceed after Provider mobilization without a qualifying reason under applicable law or policy; or otherwise fails to use the Service despite the Service being reasonably available.
14. Late Arrival
Providers may operate on fixed schedules, particularly for: boat departures; joiner tours; airport transfers; shared transfers; protected-area tours; scheduled activities; and services involving permits or manifests.
A Provider may be unable to delay an entire group because one Client is late.
If lateness causes the Client to miss the Service, the booking may be treated as a no-show and may be non-refundable.
15. Advance Booking Reconfirmation
Clients with advance bookings must contact D’Palawan Travel and Tours on the day before the scheduled tour to confirm that the booking has been properly acknowledged and to obtain the latest operational instructions.
Where relevant, the same reconfirmation practice should be followed for advance transfers, rentals, and other scheduled Services.
Day-before reconfirmation may include: meeting point; pickup location; departure or pickup window; Provider assignment; weather information; route or itinerary changes; vehicle or vessel updates; manifest requirements; identification requirements; and other operational instructions.
Failure to reconfirm does not necessarily cancel a booking, but a Client who fails to obtain or review updated instructions remains responsible for consequences caused by relying solely on outdated information that could reasonably have been clarified through the required reconfirmation.
16. No Prorated Refunds Once a Service Has Started
Once a Service has begun, no prorated or proportional refund will ordinarily be provided merely because the Client does not use, complete, or participate in every portion of the booked Service.
This includes situations where the Client: voluntarily skips an activity; chooses to return early; declines a destination; does not consume a meal; does not use included equipment; does not participate in an included activity; leaves the group; or otherwise elects not to use a portion of an available Service.
17. No Prorated Refunds for Skipped Land or Sea Tour Destinations
For both land tours and sea-based tours, no prorated or proportional refund is due merely because one or more destinations, stops, attractions, routes, or portions of an itinerary are skipped, shortened, replaced, reordered, or made unavailable because of:safety considerations;weather;sea conditions;wind, waves, tides, or currents;road conditions;flooding or landslides;government or authority directives;environmental restrictions;protected-area restrictions;capacity limitations;mechanical circumstances;emergency conditions; or the Provider/operator’s reasonable operational or safety discretion.
The Client acknowledges that a tour price generally represents the overall mobilization, resources, transportation, staffing, coordination, and delivery of the tour and is not necessarily calculated as a separately refundable price for each destination or individual stop.
18. Safety Takes Priority Over Itinerary Completion
A Provider, captain, driver, guide, relevant government authority, or other person responsible for operations may determine that continuing to a particular destination is unsafe, impractical, unlawful, or inappropriate under current conditions.
A decision made reasonably for safety or regulatory compliance does not automatically create a refund right.
Clients agree that safety and lawful directives take priority over strict completion of a planned itinerary.
19. Weather, Sea Conditions, and Government Restrictions
Weather-related disruption may include circumstances where: rain occurs; wind increases; sea conditions become unsafe; the Philippine Coast Guard restricts travel; a port suspends departures; a protected area closes; roads become unsafe; flooding or landslides affect access; authorities impose restrictions; or a Provider determines that conditions require operational changes.
Where a Service can reasonably continue through a modified route, alternative schedule, substitute destination, alternative vehicle or vessel, or other reasonable adjustment, such modified performance may constitute performance of the booking.
20. Provider Cancellation Before Service
If a Provider cancels a Service before it begins and does not provide a reasonable substitute, the Agency may coordinate the options made available by the Provider.
Depending on the circumstances, these may include: rescheduling; credit; alternative Service; Provider substitution; partial refund; or full refund of the recoverable Provider-related amount.
DPTT cannot guarantee which remedy a Provider will authorize unless DPTT has independently undertaken that obligation in writing.
21. Provider Substitution
If the original Provider becomes unavailable, DPTT or the Provider may attempt to arrange a suitable substitute where reasonably possible.
A Provider substitution does not by itself create an automatic refund right where the essential Service can still reasonably be provided under substantially comparable arrangements.
22. Vehicle, Vessel, or Equipment Substitution
A particular vehicle, vessel, unit, or equipment item may need to be substituted because of: mechanical issues; safety concerns; capacity; availability; maintenance; government requirements; route conditions; or other operational circumstances.
Where the substitute reasonably performs the essential contracted function, the substitution does not automatically create a refund entitlement.
23. Force Majeure
Force majeure or comparable circumstances may include events beyond the reasonable control of DPTT or the Provider, such as: typhoons; storms; unsafe sea conditions; earthquakes; flooding; landslides; fires; epidemics or pandemics; public-health restrictions; war or civil disturbance; security incidents; strikes; government actions; port closures; airport closures; road closures; environmental restrictions; protected-area closures; power failures; telecommunications failures; or other comparable circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Where force majeure prevents or materially alters performance, refund, credit, rescheduling, or substitution rights depend on: Provider policy; amounts already committed or spent; availability of alternatives; the status of the Service; this Refund Policy; and applicable law.
24. Rescheduling Requests
A request to reschedule is not automatically a cancellation.
Rescheduling is subject to: Provider availability; new rates; seasonal price differences; permit availability; accommodation availability; Provider change fees; operational requirements; and other applicable booking conditions.
If a requested new date is unavailable and the original booking has already entered a non-refundable period, inability to reschedule does not automatically create a refund entitlement.
25. Client-Requested Changes
Changes requested after confirmation may result in additional charges.
Examples include: changing travel dates; changing pickup locations; changing destinations; adding passengers; reducing passenger count; upgrading vehicles or vessels; changing accommodations; adding activities; extending rental periods; or changing a customized itinerary.
Amounts already committed under the original booking may remain non-refundable even if the Client requests a different arrangement.
26. Reduction in Group Size
A reduction in the number of travelers after confirmation does not necessarily result in a proportional price reduction or refund.
Many bookings are priced based on: vehicle or vessel capacity; private-group arrangements; minimum participant requirements; fixed guide or crew costs; accommodation commitments; permit arrangements; or other fixed group costs.
Any adjustment for reduced group size is subject to the particular Provider and booking terms.
27. Early Termination or Voluntary Withdrawal by the Client
If a Client voluntarily ends a tour, rental, transfer, package, or other Service after commencement for personal reasons, unused portions are generally non-refundable.
This includes withdrawal because of: change of mind; fatigue; personal scheduling decisions; motion sickness; discomfort not caused by legally actionable Provider conduct; preference changes; personal disagreements; or other voluntary decisions.
Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
28. Denial or Termination for Safety or Compliance Reasons
A Provider may deny or terminate participation where reasonably necessary because of: dangerous behavior; intoxication; refusal to follow safety instructions; missing required documentation; manifest issues; illegal conduct; conduct threatening other travelers or staff; medical or physical circumstances creating an immediate material safety concern; or other lawful Provider or authority requirements.
Where the Client’s own conduct or non-compliance causes denial or termination, the affected Service is generally non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.
29. Non-Refundable Costs
Even where a refund is otherwise approved, the following amounts may be non-refundable to the extent they have been incurred, charged, committed, or cannot reasonably be recovered: Provider cancellation penalties; Provider deposits; accommodation deposits; permit fees; entrance or environmental fees already paid and non-recoverable; manifest processing costs; fuel and mobilization expenses; staffing or crew commitments; meals or supplies already purchased; bank fees; card-processing fees; payment gateway fees; e-wallet fees; remittance fees; withdrawal or encashment fees; foreign-exchange differences; intermediary bank deductions; reasonable disclosed administrative or coordination fees; and other non-recoverable third-party expenses connected with the booking.
30. Refund Calculation
Where a refund is approved, it will generally be calculated based on:
Net Amount Received
minus applicable non-refundable Provider amounts
minus non-recoverable third-party costs
minus applicable disclosed Agency fees or costs that have become earned or non-refundable
= Refundable Balance, if any.
The existence of a cancellation does not guarantee that a positive refundable balance will remain.
31. Payment Processing Fees
Fees imposed by payment processors, banks, card networks, remittance companies, e-wallets, or foreign-exchange services may not be recoverable after a transaction has been processed.
Where such fees were deducted before funds reached DPTT or cannot be recovered from the processor, those amounts do not form part of the refundable balance to the fullest extent permitted by law.
32. Foreign Currency Transactions
DPTT accounts for bookings in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise expressly agreed.
If a Client pays using another currency, differences can arise because of: foreign-exchange rates; card issuer rates; bank conversion rates; payment processor spreads; intermediary banking fees; or changes in exchange rates between payment and refund.
DPTT does not guarantee that a refunded foreign-currency amount will equal the Client’s original foreign-currency debit.
33. Refund Method
Where reasonably possible, an approved refund may be returned through the original payment method.
However, another lawful payment method may be required because of: platform limitations; account closure; payment processor restrictions; Provider remittance arrangements; bank requirements; or other legitimate processing considerations.
Identity and account verification may be required before payment is released.
34. Refund Processing Time
Refund processing begins after the amount to be refunded has been finally determined and, where applicable, after the responsible Provider has returned or released the corresponding funds.
Estimated processing periods may vary depending on the payment method.
Typical processing estimates may include: Cash or local settlement: approximately 1–2 weeks; GCash or similar domestic electronic methods: approximately 1–2 weeks; Philippine-issued cards: approximately 3–4 weeks; and International cards: approximately 30–60 days.
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed completion dates.
Processing may take longer because of: Provider processing; bank processing; card issuer processing; weekends or holidays; identity verification; fraud-prevention review; foreign banking systems; compliance requirements; payment platform procedures; or other circumstances outside DPTT’s reasonable control.
35. Refunds Dependent on Provider Remittance
Where refundable funds are in the custody of an independent Provider, DPTT may need to receive the Provider’s refund before remitting the corresponding amount to the Client.
Approval of a refund does not mean DPTT is required to advance the Provider’s share of a refund from the Agency’s own funds unless DPTT is independently legally responsible for that amount.
36. Documentation Required for Refund Requests
DPTT and/or the Provider may request documents reasonably necessary to verify a refund request.
These may include: Booking Confirmation; proof of payment; payment reference or transaction number; cancellation request; timestamped communications; Provider notices; government or weather advisories where relevant; identification; receiving-account information; photographs or videos where relevant; incident documentation; or other evidence reasonably necessary to evaluate the request.
Failure to provide reasonably requested documentation may delay or prevent proper evaluation of the request.
37. Reporting Booking or Payment Errors
Clients should report apparent errors promptly.
As a practical documentation standard: Booking confirmation, pricing, payment, or scheduling discrepancies: should be reported within 72 hours after receiving the relevant confirmation or acknowledgment; Issues occurring during a Service: should be reported as soon as reasonably possible and preferably within 48 hours of occurrence or discovery; and Post-Service concerns: should ordinarily be reported within 7 calendar days after completion.
Prompt reporting helps preserve messages, Provider records, CCTV where applicable, photographs, manifests, payment records, witness information, and other evidence.
These reporting periods do not extinguish legal rights that applicable law does not permit the parties to waive.
38. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If a Client believes a payment or refund issue exists, the Client agrees to first contact D’Palawan Travel and Tours and provide a reasonable opportunity for direct review and resolution before initiating a chargeback, reversal, or payment dispute, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and applicable payment-network rules.
This allows DPTT to: review the Booking Confirmation; verify payment records; review cancellation timing; contact the Provider; identify amounts already committed; review applicable policies; and attempt to resolve the matter directly.
39. Chargeback Documentation
If a chargeback, payment reversal, or processor dispute is initiated, DPTT reserves the right to provide relevant and lawful documentation to the bank, card issuer, e-wallet, or payment processor.
Such documentation may include: booking records; payment confirmations; Client messages; electronic acceptance records; waivers; refund policies; Provider policies; cancellation records; no-show evidence; service-performance documentation; Provider confirmations; manifest records; photographs; receipts; and other evidence relevant to the dispute.
40. A Chargeback Does Not Automatically Determine Refund Eligibility
The filing of a chargeback does not itself establish that a payment was improperly collected or that a Service was refundable.
The applicable payment provider, card issuer, financial institution, Provider terms, Agency policies, transaction evidence, and governing law will determine the outcome.
DPTT may contest a chargeback in good faith where records indicate that: the Service was provided; the Client was a no-show; the cancellation fell within a non-refundable period; the booking was made within the three-day non-refundable period; the Client voluntarily declined an available Service; a lawful or safety-related itinerary modification occurred; the charge relates to a non-refundable Provider commitment; or other evidence shows that the refund request is inconsistent with the applicable terms.
41. Fraudulent or Abusive Refund Claims
Refund and payment disputes must be raised in good faith.
DPTT may take reasonable lawful steps to protect itself against: fraudulent chargebacks; duplicate refund requests; altered payment records; false claims that a Service was not received; misrepresentation of cancellation timing; fabricated communications; use of another person’s payment instrument without authorization; or other fraudulent conduct.
This may include preserving documentation, reporting suspected fraud to the appropriate financial institution or authority, restricting future transactions, or taking other lawful protective measures.
42. Agency Interpretation and Clarification
This Refund Policy is intended to operate together with DPTT’s other terms and service-specific policies.
If anything appears unclear, ambiguous, incomplete, or potentially inconsistent, the Client must request clarification before making payment.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, D’Palawan Travel and Tours reserves the exclusive right to interpret, clarify, administer, and apply its own policies, rules, company processes, refund procedures, booking conditions, and terms, including determining which Agency provision applies to a particular booking or circumstance.
Any interpretation remains subject to applicable Philippine law and rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
43. Direct Resolution of Refund Disputes
If a disagreement arises concerning cancellation, refund amount, payment, Provider deductions, a chargeback, or application of this Policy, the Client agrees to first submit the matter directly to D’Palawan Travel and Tours through an Official Channel.
The parties shall attempt in good faith to resolve the matter directly for at least thirty (30) days from written notice of the dispute.
The Client agrees to reasonably cooperate by providing relevant documentation required to investigate the issue.
44. Governing Law and Exclusive Venue
This Refund Policy and disputes arising from or relating to cancellations, refunds, payments, bookings, transactions, or Services coordinated through D’Palawan Travel and Tours are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
If a dispute remains unresolved after the required 30-day direct-resolution period, then, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any court action arising from or relating to the dispute may only be filed before the proper courts of Puerto Princesa City, Palawan, Philippines.
The parties agree to such venue subject to any jurisdiction or venue rule that applicable law makes mandatory and non-waivable.
45. Consumer Rights and Non-Waivable Protections
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to unlawfully waive, exclude, or reduce a right or remedy that cannot legally be waived under applicable Philippine law.
If a provision of this Policy is restricted by mandatory law, it shall be applied to the maximum extent legally permitted while the remaining provisions continue to operate where possible.
46. Severability
If any provision of this Refund Policy is held invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be limited or separated only to the extent necessary.
The remainder of the Policy shall continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
47. No Waiver by Exception or Non-Enforcement
If DPTT voluntarily grants a refund, credit, extension, rescheduling accommodation, or other exception in one particular case, that accommodation: does not create a continuing entitlement; does not amend this Policy generally; does not create a precedent for another booking; does not waive Provider rules; and does not prevent DPTT from enforcing this Policy in another circumstance.
48. Updates to This Refund Policy
D’Palawan Travel and Tours may revise this Refund Policy when reasonably necessary because of changes in: Services; Provider requirements; payment systems; booking procedures; travel operations; regulations; consumer-protection requirements; or other relevant circumstances.
The current version will be published on this page.
Changes will generally apply to future transactions and future Site use, subject to the terms and laws applicable to bookings already confirmed.
